In what Display & Video 360 scenario does it make sense to use inventory packages?
For the beverage company, it would make more sense to opt for programmatic guaranteed inventory than an inventory package since they want to create a custom ad unit, and PG is more accommodating than an inventory package.
For a new release movie, since they want the impression on Fixed CPM, a PG deal would be more ideal than an inventory package where the CPM is not fixed.
The computer company (Wanting to walk away due to delays): Negotiating directly with a single publisher for a flexible arrangement points to a single Preferred Deal or standard Private Marketplace (PMP) deal. An inventory package bundles multiple publishers together, making it completely unsuited for an individual, single-publisher negotiation.
