What statement describes the difference between blocklists and sensitive categories in Display & Video 360?

Why this is correct:

Sensitive categories are somethings which is added as a feature on DV360, which come built into the platform. You can select them or remove them from your campaign, but you cannot modify list on the platform. These are curated from DV360, which gives you the option to choose your campaigns for and DV360 won’t show your ads on those categories.

On the other hand, the blocklist is user-specific which you can add to or delete since it’s your list.
